ContractClix LLC develops and provides solutions that empower companies to automate contract management and operate more efficiently.

The foundation of the company is the ContractClix product, which has been in use since 2000.  ContractClix was built out of necessity to keep up with the tasks of contract management in an under-staffed department.  Over the years, the software has been continually enhanced  to suit the day-to-day contractual needs of contracts, legal, finance, sales and other departments.

ContractClix management has experience in the daily operations of private and public companies, due diligence events, dealing with auditors, outside law firms, and in creating communication across departments.  We understand business and know how to help companies bring contract management to the next level.
